Well fifty
years. A lot has happened. Where to start? After High School I
attended Purdue Majors Engineering and Economics. I joined the Navy
reserves in the fall of '66 and married Karen M. McKinney in the
fall of '67 we lived in Pensacola Fl while I was in school for Navy
Communication Tech. I then went to Okinawa for active duty. After
the Navy we moved to Colorado. for three years We then moved back to
Lafayette in '72 to work with my Dad at Metalmasters Inc. My dad
closed Metalmasters in '75 and I went to work for Peerless Wire
Goods as a Manufacturing Engr. All of My working life has been in
manufacturing as engr., supervisor, manager, programmer, quality
control etc. I worked about ten years for Landis & Gyr (the old
Duncan Electric Co.) My last 17 years were with Accu-fab Inc. In
Raleigh NC. Karen and I have 2 children
Bryan 40
years old a trainer for Cisco Systems and Brenda 38 Who with her
husband John run their own Electrical Contracting Co. We have two
Grand Kids Alicia and Elijaha 9 and 7. We all live just outside
Raleigh NC. Karen and I are both retired and looking forward to
some travel as Karen just retired in May. We will both be coming to
the reunion see you there.
